Who will Recruit Graduate Engineers through GATE 2022 Score?

On the basis of the GATE score many leading Public Sector Undertakings under the Union Government of India and State Governments recruit Graduate Engineers. Due to COVID Pandemic, there were few PSUs that have recruited Graduate Engineers on basis of the GATE 2021 score.

Meanwhile, there are some PSUs that have already been released a short notice for recurring Engineers through GATE 2021 score. As of 19 September 2021, there are five leading PSU that have notified their intention to recruit Managing Trainees or Graduate Engineers.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), wholly-owned by the Government of India and is responsible for the generation of nuclear power for electricity, has released a short notification for the recruitment of Engineering Graduates as Executive Trainees (ET-2022) through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO), under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, has released a short notification for the recruitment of Scientist ‘B’ posts (Graduate Engineers) through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

Recruitment and Assessment Centre of DRDO said in the notification, “If and when such vacancies are notified, the direct recruitment to the post of Scientist ‘B’ will be conducted based on a valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score and/ or written test/ interview for vacancies in the subjects/ disciplines for which GATE is conducted

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has released a short notification for Engineers/Officers (Graduate Engineers) through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

The notification informed that Indian Oil intends to recruit Graduate Engineers on the basis of GATE-2022 score in various technical disciplines subject to the availability of vacancies. Detailed Advertisement shall be issued at the right time, in National Newspapers and Employment News and IOCL official website https://iocl.com/.

Selection Procedure: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) will Shortlisting eligible candidates for Group Discussion, Group Task, and Personal Interview in respective disciplines will be based on marks obtained in GATE 2022. GATE Score of 2021 or earlier shall not be accepted.

GAIL Limited, a government-owned natural gas corporation responsible for natural gas processing and distribution in India, has released a short notification for Recruitment of Executive Trainees on the basis of GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatna PSU engaged in coal mining and refining, has released a short notification for Recruitment of Management Trainees on the basis of GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

The notification informed that CIL intends to recruit Management Trainees (Engineering Graduates) on the basis of GATE-2022 score in various technical disciplines subject to availability of vacancies. Detailed Advertisement shall be issued in the Year 2022, in National Newspapers and Employment News as well as hosted in CIL website www. coalIndia.in.

NALCO will recruit GETs in various disciplines using GATE 2022 marks. The notification mentioned that all interested candidates should appear in GATE 2022. The online application process for NALCO will commence in 2022

National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), a Navratna PSU under Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has released a short notification for the recruitment of Executive Trainees through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2022 Score.

The notification mentioned that all interested candidates should appear in GATE 2022. Candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process based on GATE-2022 performance and NMDC requirements.
